Need advice / Complete training for aerial hoop & pole dance

Hi everyone 😃

This is my first time publishing on the forum (sorry for my English) ☺ and I am looking for your opinions/advice on the following topic.

I've been using FB since 2014 (I think) 5 times a week, 6 times since we were locked at home because of Covid (I tried several programs - farovite are Burn & Sweat). I love FB and it has been very important in my life.

Well, the subject is that I started aerial hoop and pole dance 2 months ago so I had to drop working out with FB to 4 times a week (I have one hoop + one pole classes per week).

I love these new sports and they require a lot of strength in the upper body & core but also flexibility.

I need to improve my strength & flexibility beside hoop & pole to get better aerial tricks but I don't want to neglect my lower body (yes I want a great booty and strong legs can help to achieve tricks).

What kind of schedule would you recommend me to work at home with FB ? Any programs that would fit knowing that I already target upper body 2x a week (but that I need to still improve it) ? Any workouts that you think might help ? I think FB has great workouts but I really need to go further with flexibilty (get a split...), do you know specialised workouts/trainers to watch/follow?
