National Coffee Day!

Remus is apparently SUPER snoozy on national coffee day. Too bad he can’t ALSO have a pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot (which I DEFINITELY got)

This week feels VERY slow to me. (Is it only TUESDAY?!?!)

I am grateful for one more green check ✅ today! I only have my recovery workout left in this week and I’ll be halfway done with my first Plus challenge!

I’m about to get some water in me. I really love how much some hydration has a huge effect on my mood and energy - and it is a seemingly small step that has a big impact on health! Choosing to hydrate when I need it, and then celebrating that decision, helps me fight “all or nothing” mentality. Did I have a bit too much salty food at lunch? Yep. Does it have to ruin my day? Nope. Time for some hydration as a step in a feel good direction!
