Finished Mass!

After completing Blend 2X and Sweat 1X, (I really enjoyed those programs) it felt great to get back to consistent weight training. I only have up to 40lb dumbbells, so I added bands to many of my workouts to increase intensity.

The most important lesson I’ve learned over the years is that consistency of working out (any routines), enjoying it, and overall eating healthy overtime is pretty much guaranteed to bring some type of positive health results.

It’s just that simple, not easy of course!

I’m going to start Mass again in a few days, and can’t wait. Just go...
