1,000 Workout Complete + Favorite Post Workout Meal?

Hi everyone! I just finished a 1,000 calorie workout as part of Michelle's 1,000 calorie monthly party. Wow! It was a doozy. But I feel really accomplished now! And hungry. Which got me thinking: what does everyone like to eat after their 1,000 calorie workouts? I'm dreaming of a meal I made last weekend: tofu scramble with carrots, onions, and red peppers, roasted potatoes, and avo toast on homemade sourdough. It's hearty, healthy, and has good amounts of protein. What more do you want after a tough workout? How does everyone like to refuel?
