Don't Judge Yourself

Don’t judge yourself while you find your footing.

Finding what works (for you) when it comes to exercise and nutrition is not as easy as it seems sometimes.

Be patient with yourself as you find your footing, since fitness is a lifelong need, not just one for today or tomorrow. If you find what works for you (at any given time), you’re more likely to stick to it and make those gains you’re looking to make.

Don’t judge yourself as you’re figuring it out (or re-figuring it out). The most important thing is that you’re working on it; no comparisons to others, no comparisons to your past self.

Do what you can today.
