Need some help on form

Hi all!

Hoping someone here can help me with form.

I find that any exercise that involves my leaning over (bent over row, reverse fly, close row, etc) are very tough for me. My lower back is likely not strong enough, and I find there's a lot of tension in my back during these movements.

I don't know if I am doing these properly. Is my upper body supposed to be perfectly parallel to the floor? Is it okay to be at 45* angle instead?

How can I build strength in my lower back in order to do these moves more effectively?
