A huge thanks to Daniel and Kelli’s torturous workouts

Today I had my first ever cross country practice. I was surprised that when we did a tempo run (basically where you just run fast for 15 mins) I was able to keep up in the front of the group. Then I thought of all the blood, sweat and tears through HIIT with Daniel, and I wanted to thank him. Every star jump, and every burpee has allowed me to be in the shape I am today and I am so grateful. I was running fast today and it was hard, but when I think of doing star jumps pyramid style I’m happy I’m running instead 😁. And man, Kelli’s got some killer leg workouts that I do and I was hugging and puffing doing them but now I am glad I did them. So thank you Daniel for all your crazy insane HIIT workouts that I attempted and almost died doing, and thank you Kelli for all your torturous leg workouts because now I know my hard work finally is paying off:). I couldn’t have done it without you guys.
