New start after a long break

Hi FB community, how are you? I hope you are doing well!

I wasn't exercising for last few months because it was super hot outside and inside of my house. Plus I had to concentrate on finishing my thesis. Temperatures are slowly falling down, and it's time for new fitness adventures! :)

I was planning to do some light workouts this week, to prepare my body for the heavier ones. I will schedule one of the workout programs for next monday.

Looking forward to exercising again :)))
