I'm really struggling with my workouts

Hey everybody,

I am looking for someone to keep me accountable for my workouts. I just can't seem to stick to a workout routine. I was exercising pretty much everyday of the week back in July and August, but this month has been really bad for me. I always seem to find an excuse to not workout and eat a lot of bad food, and I have definitely seen some changes in my body because of those unhealthy choices. I plan to start fresh tomorrow morning because today was just one of those lazy days. Would someone be willing to check in with me a couple times a week? I would love to have someone to talk to when i'm feeling unmotivated. We could use this forum to communicate with each other or we could use a different platform like instagram.
