Sally has finally passed by for the most part. But it was crazy from last evening to around the middle of today. We don’t have power or much cell service where we live, so getting a fitness blender video to play wasn’t really an option earlier today.
So I decided to do a workout based on the video I had wanted to do! It kicked my butt (especially because there was no AC or fans to help 😅).
Anyway, this is my hurricane workout complete! I attached a picture of the workout. It’s super scribble-y, butttt 🤷🏻♀️
As a “new Floridian” I have to say, the hurricanes are no joke! It was wild! Praise Jesus for safety and provision.
