I suffer from diagnosed sleep disorders (I am on meds but of course I don't feel rested like a regular person is). I set my alarm for 530 every morning to work out because I know I wont get it when I get home at 630 at night. This week I haven't been able to get up. On a different but similar note I am having a very hard time with self control/eating. It's not even sweets. It's portion control. Because of this I haven't lost any weight in the 5 weeks I've been working out and I am super discouraged.
I know working out is good for me and I know losing weight is 80/20 food and work out but I am just flailing.
Any support or advice would be appreciated.
