Seriously, I am dying to know how Kelli's ponytail manages to hold up through all those insane HIIT workouts, haha! I usually have to braid my hair for working out, but that takes me an awfully long time. A few times when I've tied my hair into a regular ponytail it always comes off within 5 minutes.
Kelli, please tell us the secret to your superhuman ponytail! I'm jealous :P
