Took My Own Advice ...

And rescheduled today’s workout for Bodyweight, day 15.

The workout routine scheduled for today was an intense 5/5 HIIT. Sadly, it just wasn’t going to happen. 🀣

I decided to do this flexibility routine, instead (and am so glad I did). 😁

I am very thankful to have an oxygen concentrator at home. It was pretty iffy there for a good 30 minutes. 😬 I empathize with those fighting the fires, and am much appreciative for all they do. πŸ’•
