I was looking through the FB recipes and came across Kelli's apple cider vinegar "go go juice" recipe.
Does anyone have experience drinking apple cider vinegar daily and what you've noticed? Do you drink it in the morning or evening?
I've never really done it consistently but I might give it a try now that I'm working from home and have more time for routines in the morning. Or maybe it should be an evening thing to curb post-dinner snacking, hmmm.
This morning I tried 12oz water, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and then infused for 10 mins with Tetley cold infusions (the mint/lemon/cucumber was really nice!)
