How to allow your weak side to catch up with your strong side

Hi everyone!

I was wondering about the best way to allow your weak side to catch up with your strong side. Daniel usually says to start with your weak side in order to adjust the number of repetitions, ROM, weights etc. to that side. Makes sense. I do that, but still notice a significant difference between my left and right sides, especially in my upper body. Do you think that it's a good idea to add a few repetitions on your weak side while strength training? Or do a specific routine on that side only every once and a while? Or are there reasons not to do that?

Any advice would be appreciated!
