Finished low impact 1

Just finished low impact program 1, im 48 weighed 15 stone at the start. 14 st 3 at the end. Dodgy knees and back.

First impressions, great, loved it, totally accessible.

I didnt do any running at all other than whats included in the warm ups etc.

My back strength has increased, Im an electrician and towards the end of the four weeks I had to dig trenches for new mains and my back didnt twinge once. So pleased theres an accessible program I can complete.

I havejust started low impact 2.
