Back to Exercising

I’m finally back to exercising! Yay!

I’ve been very inconsistent this year with exercising; I tried getting back on schedule several times without success.

But I finally had my wake up call... after climbing a couple flights of stairs and being in a water balloon fight, I woke up the next day with sore and aching muscles. Usually I wouldn’t have felt sore at all, and I knew it was because I’d been slacking off.

I started off slowly going out for walks for more than two weeks and then today I did my first workout video with Kelly in a long time.

I’m taking it nice and easy, but I think this time, I’m back for good!
