Today’s workout complete

Day 8 of my 2 week program complete 💪🏾😊 those 10 mins fly by so fast but it serves it purpose of getting me to move my body. Also added a 5 min video onto afterward. I’m really enjoying these quick 10 mins workouts lol but I’ll be starting to add on slowly more time by doing other workouts along with them. Yay me 😀
