Day 7 completed of 2 week program

Hey guys. How’s everyone doing today? Just completed day 7 today of my 2 week Covid workout program. Even though each workout is only 10 mins those 10 have my heart racing depending on what type of exercise is involved. This brings my total time to 70 mins of exercise this week yay 😀 May not be much but 10 mins is better than no exercise at all. Don’t know if it’s changing anything on the inside or not but still it’s a workout nonetheless 💪🏾
