Hey Everyone🤗

I've been a fan and follower of FB for a while on and off.

I gained weight during pregnancy out of laziness.eight is not moving not up nor down.

I nurse which is a big factor.

And I think I'm an oad eater nothing set in stone

Above all that I just started a new job.

So no

Now three months later my now my schedule is also kuku.

Please give me tips on how to start a pattern or healthy eating habits.
