3 total body strength sessions per week?

Does anyone do this?

I'm really having difficulty working out more than 3 days per week. Does anyone do 3 total body strength days per week and see results?(Looking to lose weight and build lean muscle mass mostly). If do what workouts do you do? I also walk and do yoga but 5 days with high intensity type workouts is just not working for me right now. 😳
