Happy Saturday! Here's Sat morning and the last time I checked was raining beautifully!
I also have another beautiful thing for you, a red flower for your "eyes warm up"😊. This flowers are guests from our neighbors and just like Raven's yesterday flowers, they like to wrap around other plants and make things all tangled but they're beautiful😍
Since we're here mostly to talk about workout/rest and nutrition, we shall do that. I have two videos ready for me to actively recover from a hard working week(Plus Strong challenge). I'll do both since it's the Kelli's 8 min breathing and 18 min Daniel's favorite lower back stretch. Doable! But what about you guys? I'd love to hear all about it, sweating or resting. I hope What ever is on your list, you enjoy it.
As we all know, nutrition and hydration are as important as exercise if not more. So let's get to these as well. I'm thinking to make a traditional shrimp/herbs dish and white rice unless reading about your foods changes my mind😊😉
