Sliders - Trying something different

Hi everyone, hope you're doing well.

Just bought these sliders. I can't do jumps and have been doing everything low impact. But now I'm curious to do something different to spice up my Plank Jacks, Mountain Climber, Skater, etc.

Some of you have tried to workout with sliders? What do you think? Any advice and input would be much appreciated.
