After the second plane hit, it became all too real.
Words cannot begin to express the sadness for the lives lost (people, and rescue animals, alike).
For those who did survive, they have been forever changed (not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well).
In an instant, spouses lost their spouses, parents lost their children, children lost their parents, siblings lost their siblings, and friends lost their friends.
