In the meal plan FB writes

Granola (~200 calories per cup)

I can not find any granola that is about 200Cal per cup. It’s 200Cal per 1/2 cup. So is this a typo?

Also a recipe in their book for week 2 says 1 1/4 cups granola. Is this correct? If I find granola that is 190Cal per 1/2 cup I’m worries if I follow the 1 1/4 cup recipe I’ll be quite a bit over calories.
