Motivation is a huge factor for many of us when it comes to working out. Regardless of what your fitness goals may be, a great way to motivate yourself is simply thinking about how you feel when (and after) working out.
Feeling stronger, more energetic, more capable, even wiped out (but in a good way!) are all huge motivators for us.
What motivates you to work out?
Another thing that motivates us is all of you. We love hearing from you, and while we’re not able to respond to everyone, just know that we’re listening. We’re also thrilled, of course, that our Community is such a positive, encouraging, motivating space.
