Be aware of how your mind tricks you, update on why I wasnt losing weight

So Ive been wondering for the last couple of weeks what was going on, why I was not losing weight. My mind actually tricked me and I can’t believe it! I’ve been working longer hours but still doing my workouts so i thought i was still pushing myself but I wasnt my brain was just telling me I did because it wanted to rest 😂 So i’m a little dissapointed in myself but I still have 12 weeks left to reach my goal (10kgs) fingers crossed i can do it !
