6 month after I had my daughter I decided to start with Keli and Daniel once again to lose the baby weight and get back in shape. It's been over a year and I have lost a total of 18lbs. My goal was 20, but it's been impossible to lose the last 2 lbs. 2 Months of no weight loss, but I am still exercising and eating healthy, not giving up this is a lifestyle now not just temporary!
I still see changes in my body, sometime I'll sit a specific way and I'll notice my abs or thigh muscles and I feel very proud of myself. But why won't the last 2lbs come off?
Any help or tips from anyone stuck in a similar situation?
