I had to post today’s workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

It’s descending rep day. 🎉

I’ve posted many, many times in the past that I love the descending rep format. Soooo here we are again 🙊

Last week I did the upper body version and of course I loved it. So I was over the moon for today’s lower body video. 💕 FB you’re spoiling me. 😍

I had a feeling this was going to be an awesome program, and it is.

Yesterday I went on a looooooong walk it was roughly 4 hours of walking. Nice slow stroll through the woods. Combined with today’s leg workout I’m certain that tomorrow I’m going to be very sore, and I’m not mad about it.
