Perspiration Pals -September 10

Heya P Pals,

How's it going? Just a day more for weekend. Man, can't wait for it 🧐

This morning, I tried to shuffle my routine a little. So I started work (I can still work from home), had breakfast and almost thought I won't workout today. But two hours later, I felt slightly alright and went ahead with Day 11 Strong challenge, upper body descending reps workout 😁😎. Ahem, clearly I ain't the best example (or any example for that) of someone who takes rest when one needs to 🤦🏻‍♀️ hmm, come weekend, my break begins (is what I'm telling myself) 🤭

Anyways feel alright, but did the classic mistake of washing hair after upper body intense workout 😮

How's it going for you? What workouts? What's up in food? Now that I'm writing this, feel like having an ice cream 😁 (maybe I will...)
