Hi FB community! I'm feeling absolutely defeated today; wasn't able to finish my workout and I feel like I barely have the energy left to type this. I'm on day 47 of FB Fit (so close to the finish!), but today's 1000 Calorie Workout left me feeling totally deflated, both physically and mentally. This is my second time trying to get through FB Fit, I tried it last summer and fell off the wagon, never completing it. I'm so driven to finish it all the way through this time, and although it's taken me more than 8 weeks, I'm proud of my commitment and progress.
However, today I could barely make it 25 minutes into this workout. Huffing and puffing, I just didn't have it in me. I'm going to get back at it tomorrow (with a stretching routine, which will be a good break), I'm just looking for any advice y'all have for days like this :) Thanks, everyone - I hope you all had a great weekend!
