Challenging Myself : WO9 "Falling awake"

Today's workout is kind of a pause. Not too easy, not too hard.

Today's was a nice workout to heal a bit my body while still getting a good sweat. Didn't give a 100 %, especially on the leg works but just to get moving and feel good about working out.

By changing the pace after a brutal workout, you can still get a good sweater without adding too much stress on the body. That was the goal for today. Mission accomplished. Me Happy.

Overall

My shoulders are still sore from monday's workout. My glutes and harmstring are sore from yesterday's and my quads feel the burn on every squat. Otherwise, I'm feeling good. I'm in a better mood. However I still struggle to motivate me to do pretty much everything.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout as it is some kickboxing. Happy to kick the frustration out (actually to punch it in the "face") !
