PMS Workouts - FB Burn Day 3 Complete

Today was day 3 of Burn for me today, some HIIT and then the long 24 minute ab workout with Kelli and Daniel.

Do you have days where you just feel 'off'? Well, I'm pretty sure it's because my period is coming soon, but I was like this seal during my workout today.

At the end I was just rolling around on the floor between exercises. Don't even talk to me about reverse crunches, haha!

Just want this to serve as a reminder that we all have 'off' days! I'm going to try and peel myself off the floor now to go for a shower, then cook some veggie burgers - yum!
