FB30 R4: Day 8

I never did Day 6 recovery stretches which is lame but I almost never do the recovery days...

Also, I was technically supposed to do Day 8 yesterday but it just didn’t happen.

Last week, though, I did five workouts. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say that!

Felt pretty bummed today because I put on a shirt that used to be pretty big on me to find that it fits perfect now... I’ve definitely let myself go this past year of on and off working out.

Hoping to see more consistency in the near future!

I realize I need to work on my eating habits... it hit me today that I still eat like I did when I was working. But when I was working, I walked a lot ( waitress ) and now I am mostly at home, doing things here and there around the house, plus a workout. So not much.

Definitely need to slow down my eating. 🤷🏻‍♀️
