Heya P Pals,

Is it the terrific Tuesday? (Don't know what that's supposed to mean 🤔) Anyways sorry about the slight delay in starting today's thread (me was busy with 🍝🍜)

Just coming back from a super long lunch with my friends, basically had to roll back (not walk) because, stuffing face with yum food happened 😁🤭 We went to a Vietnamese place and it was nom nom nom good 😍 Well the meme is literally me today, except that 5 mins is an exaggeration, I couldn't even get to open work laptop, headed straight to lunch 🤣😎

Day 9 Strong challenge, upper body workout. I must say I couldn't really follow the format, but I went along 😮 Guess my mind be still sleeping 😊 I am seriously considering taking a week off from workouts once I finish this challenge on this weekend.
