HELP !! How do I workout in a dorm room ?

So I'll be starting uni/college in a 2/3 weeks and I'm a bit worried about how I keep up FB workouts.

Due to Covid I don't feel comfortable going to the gym yet, especially as the infection rate in my age group seems to be rising steadily. So I'm thinking of trying to workout in my dorm room.

What kind of workouts could I best do without alerting my neighbors that I'm working out ??

I assume Hiit will be impossible but will a mix of strength training/cardio/plates be good to carry on staying fit and loosing weight healthy ?
