It’s week 4! 🥳

Can’t believe it’s the last week already. This program has flown by. I’ve loved it. I’ll be repeating it pretty soon I’m sure.

Hiit and lower body strength today. I went to town on the hiit routine. I was a huge mess when I finished. Red face, wild hair and some serious sweat. 😓

During the up down squats I suddenly remembered I’d done this video before and the 3rd round was surprise burpees 😆 thanks Kelli 👍

Just want to mention that during the last week I had a migraine that lasted a couple of days. So to anyone who commented on my last post, I apologise for not replying or thanking you for your messages. My eyes were light sensitive and I couldn’t look at my screen to reply without feeling ill. Your messages were definitely appreciated.
