Hi FB family😊

So today I had a bit of a health scare. See that little red spot on my nose? Last week I had a skin lesion cut off. Today I got the results, and it was a squamous cell carcinoma. This means there is a small possibility it might grow back and/or spread to other parts of my body :( Luckily for me, it appears to have been a complete removal, so we will wait and see for now.

My takeaway from this has been to take all skin lesions seriously, even small ones. If it hadn't been on my face I probably would have ignored it for longer, which could have been very bad. Also, I have been a bit slack with my daily sunscreen. Not anymore! I will be vigilant now! 😁
