Taking A Break

I know Kelli and Daniel have been posting recently about listening to your body, take rest days and don’t feel guilty.

Lately I’ve been feeling extremely burned out from strength training. I looked at my calendar history and I seem to be developing a pattern. About every 2 months after consistent 4-5 days week strength and cardio training, I crash and burn.

So, this week, I’m off and don’t feel guilty one iota. My body and my health is great. One week without my workout structure won’t derail my progress. Will not change my nutrition, just giving my body a vacation.

So if anyone out there has similar thoughts, freaking go for it! Relax and don’t feel guilty😴
