First up, while I tried to come up with the best of words to express my gratitude for the FB family, all the support and love I (and everyone and anyone receives) receive here, I found no words that would suffice or do justice to what I feel. So, as normal as it may sound, I'd like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart ๐ Also, this is indeed a safe place to discuss and share vulnerabilities, lucky to have found it.
Man, okay I'm shifting gears now, writing stuff like that gets me like ๐ฎ That said, guess what, someone got to use the new Powerblocks for the first time ๐๐ Well hmm, I was lagging behind Kelli because I wasn't able to change as quickly ๐ง It sorta felt like divine intervention, because Day 8 Strong challenge, I had a descending reps workout scheduled for me ๐ I tested myself with slightly heavy weights...and ahem you know the result = meme = me + me ๐๐ง๐ค
Oooo and yeah I'm going to have hot/cold chocolate later in the evening ๐ I bought a fresh outta-oven-can-still-feel-oven's-warmth kinda baguette and had it with sea salt butter ๐๐ Man, I'm already super content today ๐คญ
So how's it going for you all? What workouts and anything exciting in food? ๐ค I need to know ๐ง (oh yes, I do! ๐)
