First workout of any kind in 3.5 weeks!!

Hey all

So, the last 3 weeks have not been good. I have been really down and barely doing anything. I am stiff, sore and feeling rough in all ways really.

Today, I don't know why but I felt like I could do something, not much but something other than being welded to the sofa (an improvement on being out of bed.)

Have to say it was humbling how my flexibility has reduced. In all honesty I can not claim to feel better but I am glad I did it. Hopefully tmr I may do a walk and then repeat it.
