How's it going? It's been a slow lazy Sunday morning, and can't complain π
Have an update: The covid test results of my boyfriend came back negative!! π₯³ Such a relief really. So we were both just dealing with seasonal viral fever π€ After yesterday's full day rest, I woke up feeling better this morning, probably will be 100% by tomorrow π Thank you all for your kind words this last week π€
Scheduled rest day for me. I might head out for a walk later in the evening though. So how's your Sunday coming along? What workouts/outdoor activities? I'm really looking forward to starting Strong challenge week 2 tomorrow in good form and shape π
