A Simple Reminder...

Heading into a long weekend here in the U.S., a simple reminder for us all.

Need an extra rest day? Take it.

Whether you’re feeling extra tired, have a slight injury, are under the weather, or just have things going on that may need/deserve your focus, etc., don’t feel bad about listening to your body (and mind) and taking an extra rest day when you need to.

It can be surprisingly hard to take time off from an exercise routine. It feels good to push and improve yourself, and exercise is a great way to manage life stress, but sometimes rest is what we need the most.
