I didn't want to workout today. I took an unnecessarily long nap in the afternoon and felt super zombie-y. I looked at my calendar and saw four separate short workouts so decided to just do them.
Oh boy... Anyone else have the same problem thinking short workouts compiled into one would somehow be easy?! Maybe it's deceptive to not see the bigger picture. Anyway, I was totally surprised and exhausted, but at least the after-nap zombie state is stepping away. 😄
