So yes, today is the day, FriYay it is ๐ I love Friday evenings, even when I'm not doing anything, especially when I'm not doing anything ๐
So I woke up super fatigued with bodyache (wait is it soreness or ๐ค, guess we'll never know). Day 5 Strong Challenge was lower body workout, one great thing about the video was Loki's special cameo at the end ๐ฅฐ I mean if one day you guys decide to gift me a fur baby, I wouldn't mind honestly ๐คญ๐ (seriously start planning, no? ๐) Anyhow, being a pure strength routine with 3 sets, those Deadlifts got me like ๐ฎ๐ Now I am not sure I did them right or if I'm unhinged at my waist and walking in two parts ๐คฃ (man, I scared myself there ๐ป)
So what's up with you guys? What workouts? Disintegrated into sweat pearls yet or jelly hand/feet? (boy, I gotta stop this! ๐ง)
