How do you tone?

Hi all!

Iā€™m currently 14w pregnant and can no longer lift heavy weight. I really want to keep my tone up during my pregnancy. So my question is how do I do that? I know I use lighter weight, but do I go faster (obviously with proper for )? Or do I continue slow paced?
