How do you structure the day’s nutrition?

Hello everyone!

I’ve been having immense trouble with structuring the days meals, for example, I feel that my breakfast is fulfilling but then I overeat at lunch which is 5 hours later and then I miss dinner because of how full I feel after lunch. What would be the best way to structure the day’s meals without overeating or underrating? Like how often should I eat in the day? Should it be three large meals or a bunch of smaller meals? Should I eat after a workout if it’s at night? Thanks in advance for all the answers!
