Single Leg Deadlifts

Question Blenders.... Single Leg Deadlifts are my nemesis. I’m still working on these guys. I’ll preface with I do have a bad back, so it’s a really great day if I can manage a traditional deadlift at 28 lb/per hand while maintaining good form.

Single Leg Deadlifts, humph! Currently, on a good day, I can hold 15 lb/per hand, but usually use 10 lb/ per hand. My weird question is .... my shins burn regardless what weight I’m using. Anyone else get this shin pain? And I don’t feel anything in the booty area, just that front shin pain. Really strange. Lately I’ve been replacing that with another booty exercise.
