A *silly* challenge for the month of September?

So do any of you guys ever do one of those challenges that’s like; ‘do 10 squats every time you go to the bathroom’??😋

I’m away from home and my regular routine at the moment, I’m still sticking to my workout schedule as much as reasonably possible but some days it’s just not possible right now. Then I had this idea to add something kind of ‘silly/fun’ for this month of September and see how it goes.

I was thinking, ‘Do 5 wall push-ups and 5 squats every visit to bathroom’. It literally only takes like a few seconds every time.

Anyway I figure, why not?? Might as well keep things a little different & fun!

I was just wondering if you have done something similar before, and how did it go?
