Perspiration Pals -September 2

Heya P Pals,

Now how did we just end up on Wednesday already, wasn't it like weekend just yesterday? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

First up, thank you for all your kind words and wishes yesterday ๐Ÿค—

I woke up a tad late (๐Ÿ˜) and just wasn't in the mood to do a workout, besides not feeling 100% (๐Ÿ™„), but I then I just pressed "play" and went ahead anyways ๐Ÿ˜Ž I am mean to me sometimes ๐Ÿ˜ˆ It was Day 3 Strong Challenge with Core workout with D ๐Ÿ˜ฑ I took it slightly easy and ha 'workout complete'! Ahem, although at some point my mind drifted away towards food, and what I could have for lunch ๐Ÿ˜

Have an online meeting in the afternoon, otherwise taking it easy for today ๐Ÿ˜Ž How's your mid of the midweek coming along? What workouts? Any good stuff like ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿจ or ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ ? If yes, bravo!! ๐Ÿฅณ (if no, watcha waiting for, go get some!! ๐Ÿง)
